Μετά την ανακοίνωση ότι το Mario Kart για το iOS θα έχει μια μικρή καθυστέρηση στην κυκλοφορία του, η Nintendo αποκάλυψε σήμερα ότι ένας νέος mobile τίτλος της έρχεται φέτος. Η εταιρεία αναφέρει πως θα κυκλοφορήσει το Dr. Mario World για το iOS και το Android κάποια στιγμή μέσα στο καλοκαίρι.
Η Nintendo αναφέρει πως θα συνεργαστεί με την LINE, για την δημιουργία αυτού του τίτλου τον οποίο τον περιγράφει ως ένα action puzzle.
Nintendo and LINE will co-develop and jointly operate a new action puzzle game featuring Dr. Mario titled Dr. Mario World to be released by Nintendo. Dr. Mario World is targeting an early summer 2019 global release, including in Japan and the United States.
Together with Nintendo and LINE, NHN Entertainment, which has released and operated various online and mobile games, will take part in the development and operation of Dr. Mario World.
To Dr. Mario World για το iOS και το Android θα είναι δωρεάν για λήψη με in-app αγορές που δεν θα επηρεάζουν όμως την εξέλιξη του παιχνιδιού.
Νωρίτερα σήμερα η εταιρεία είχε ανακοινώσει πως θα καθυστερήσει την κυκλοφορία του Mario Kart Tours για το iOS μέχρι το φετινό καλοκαίρι. Αρχικά το παιχνίδι θα κυκλοφορούσε τον επόμενο μήνα αλλά η Nintendo ανέφερε πως χρειάζεται τελικά περισσότερο χρόνο για την υλοποίηση του τίτλου.
In the smart-device business, Mario Kart Tour was scheduled to be released this fiscal year, but in order to improve quality of the application and expand the content offerings after launch, the release date has been moved to summer 2019.
