Η Apple κυκλοφόρησε τις iOS 13.3.1, iPadOS 13.3.1, watchOS 6.1.2, macOS 10.15.3 Catalina και tvOS 13.3.1 στο ευρύ κοινό, με τις εκδόσεις αυτές να φέρνουν διορθώσεις σφαλμάτων και βελτιώσεις στο παρασκήνιο με μικρές επίσης αλλαγές στα iPhones και iPads χωρίς κάποιο μεγάλο νέο χαρακτηριστικό. Ξεχωρίζει στην iOS 13.3.1 έχουμε διόρθωση στα Communication Limits καθώς και η δυνατότητα πλέον ελέγχου τον υπηρεσιών τοποθεσίας που ρυθμίζονται από το U1 Chip που είναι ενσωματωμένο στα νεότερα iPhones.
Οι χρήστες μπορούν να αναβαθμίσουν τα iPhones και iPads τους μέσω των Ρυθμίσεων και μέσω OTA. To μέγεθος της νέας αναβάθμισης για το iOS είναι 275.1 megabytes και 181.7 megabytes για iPadOS.
Για τους χρήστες του iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPad Air, iPad mini 2 και iPad mini 3 υπάρχει επίσης μια διαθέσιμη αναβάθμιση στην έκδοση 12.4.5.
