Τώρα που το iOS 8 έγινε διαθέσιμο στο κοινό οι προγραμματιστές θα αναβαθμίζουν τις εφαρμογές του ή θα λανσάρουν σύντομα νέες εκμεταλλευόμενοι τα νέα και πολλά χαρακτηριστικά του iOS 8. Πολλές δημοφιλής εφαρμογές αναβαθμίστηκαν σήμερα προσφέροντας συμβατότητα widgets στο Κέντρο Γνωστοποιήσεων – Notification Center.
