Η Epic Games παρουσίασε την επερχόμενη Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) σήμερα με πληροφορίες και ένα φανταστικό gameplay. Αν και το demo που κοινοποιήθηκε χθες στο YouTube έγινε για το Playstation 5 η Unreal Engine 5 θα φέρει την εντυπωσιακή τεχνολογία που ενσωματώνει και σε παιχνίδια στο iOS και στο Mac.
Η νέα μηχανή της Epic θα γίνει διαθέσιμα επίσημα τον επόμενο χρόνο. Ο Epic Games CTO Kim Libreri ανέφερε πως η UE5 θα είναι ένα τεράστιο βήμα επικών διαστάσεων για τις κονσόλες της επόμενης γενιάς.
The results showcase incredible visual quality, combined with the detail and photo-realistic lighting Epic promises its new tools will deliver. According to Kim Libreri, Epic’s chief technology officer, “the next-gen consoles are going to give consumers a quantum leap, and UE5 is another leap on top of that.”
