H Apple και η Cisco, πρόσφατα ανακοίνωσαν την συνεργασία τους, η οποία κατά κύριο λόγο θα εστιάζεται σε εταιρικές λύσεις και σε μεγάλους οργανισμούς. Μέσω αυτής της συνεργασίας θα δούμε πως οι συσκευές της Apple θα μπορούν να συνεργάζονται πολύ καλύτερα με τα δίκτυα και τις υπηρεσίες της Cisco, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και προϊόντων για εικόνα και ήχο.
Η Cisco θα εργαστεί στην βελτίωση της συνεργασίας των συσκευών της με τις διάφορες iOS συσκευές και σε συνεργασία με τους μηχανικούς της Apple θα εργαστούν στην βελτίωση της δικτύωσης των iOS συσκευών σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον. Ο στόχος -κατά κύριο λόγο- είναι να δώσουν την ευκολία στους χρήστες μία ξεχωριστή εμπειρία που θα τους επιτρέπει την εύκολη χρήση μεταξύ των iPhone και των συσκευών γραφείων τους, που θα είναι συνδεδεμένες σε ένα κοινό δίκτυο Cisco.

- Extending the Cisco Unified Communications experience to the iPhone

Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που η Apple κάνει μια τέτοια συνεργασία με σκοπό την καλήτερη εμπειρία χρήσης των εταιρεικών πελατών. Μέσα στο 2014 είδαμε και την συνεργασία της Apple με την IBM, η οποία έγινε με σκοπό την δημιουργία εταιρεικών εφαρμογών για κινητά, οι οποίες θα ωφελήσουν αρκετές επιχειρήσεις. Νωρίτερα μέσα στον Αύγουστο, η IBM ανακοίνωσε μία σειρά και σουίτα εργαλείων, οι οποίες μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν από τους υπολογιστές Mac των μεγάλων επιχειρήσεων.
