Στην Ελληνική εφαρμογή της εβδομάδας καλωσορίζουμε σήμερα το Calozo.
Η εφαρμογή Calozo είναι μία προσπάθεια παντρέματος των calendars εφαρμογών και της δυνατότητας δημιουργίας ενός task/event/topic ανάμεσα στα μέλη μίας οικογένειας, ή μίας μικρής επιχείρησης, με στόχο τη συνεργασία αυτών και την καλύτερη διαχείριση του χρόνου τους, επικοινωνώντας μέσω ενός chat client.
Στόχος του Calozo είναι η απρόσκοπτη επικοινωνία και οργάνωση των συμμετεχόντων άμεσα και γρήγορα χωρίς να χρειάζονται πολλές ρυθμίσεις, απλό εύχρηστο, γρήγορο και κυρίως για τον απλό κόσμο.
H εφαρμογή είναι διαθέσιμη όπως είναι φυσικό τόσο για iPhone, iPad & Μac.
Χαρακτηριστικά:
– Use Calozo to organize and manage family activities. Involve your friends in your daily schedule by creating and sharing tasks with them.
– Set up and evaluate Calozo within your company for teams of any size. Calozo can be used with a private email server and supports encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hence it requires no additional infrastructure and there are no hidden costs.
– To simplify the management of tasks, only the author of the task is allowed to edit every property of the task, while contributors can record their thoughts and ideas, set their own alerts and tags.
– Assign priority, start and due dates to your tasks. Calozo will lay out your tasks on the date/time picker so that you know exactly the periods over which they span and their priority. The priority, start and due dates are communicated to the participants allowing them to follow and participate in the task.
– Assign a location to your tasks. The location of a task is communicated to the participants of the task, hence arranging meetings is fast and easy.
– Focus on what needs to be done today. Navigate through the date/time picker to find tasks that are due, or scheduled for later. See all pending tasks with a click of a button.
– Assign alerts for both the start and due dates, hence important dates of long lasting tasks can never go unnoticed. Select the Alert tag to see only the most important tasks.
– Assign tags to your tasks, so that you can easily categorize and group them. Finding all your Work or Family tasks then is as easy as selecting the corresponding tags.
A task can be shared and enriched collectively as long as all the participants use Calozo and have email accounts with email service providers that support IMAP and SMTP.
