Μαζί με τις LG και Vizio, η Sony είχε ανακοινώσει νωρίτερα φέτος πως κάποιος από τις νέες smart TVs της θα αποκτούσαν υποστήριξη του HomeKit και του AirPlay 2 της Apple.
Η εταιρεία σήμερα λανσάρισε λοιπόν τις πρώτες νέες 2019 TVs παρουσιάζοντας και την τιμολόγηση τους. Οι τρεις σειρές που θα είναι συμβατές με το HomeΚit και το AirPlay 2 είναι οι A9G, Z9G, και X950G, οι οποίες έρχονται σε διαφορετικά μεγέθη από 55 ίντσες και καταλήγουν μέχρι και τις 98 ίντσες.
Η υποστήριξη αυτή έρχεται σε αυτά τα μοντέλα φέτος το καλοκαίρι.
Η Sony ανακοίνωση πως η πιο οικονομική επιλογή θα είναι η σειρά X950G που θα ξεκινάει από τα $1,400 για το 55 ιντσών μοντέλο.

The MASTER Series A9G also features Netflix Calibrated Mode and IMAX Enhanced with DTS audio to further ensure that content is delivered as intended and supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Complementing the picture with an immersive sound experience, Sony’s Acoustic Surface Audio+ technology creates sound from the entire screen, providing pictures and sound in perfect harmony. Additionally, Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support will launch in the A9G series later this year.
